At CCIN, we are proud to have a membership comprised of innovative, forward-thinking councils that are delivering a real difference in the communities they serve. We’re exceptionally proud to know that others agree – with several CCIN Members winning accolades at this year’s LGC Awards.
Hackney Council – winning the Economic Support category with their project ‘From Regulation to Resilience: How Hackney Built London’s Fastest-Growing Local Economy’, and the Net Zero category with their ‘Greener WTogether: where Sustainability Plans Become everyday Change’ project.
Plymouth City Council – winning the Place Shaping category with their project ‘Together we do better – Foulston Park Project Plymouth’
Birmingham City Council – winning the Public and Population Health category for their project on ‘Embedding sex worker health equity.’
Cardiff Council – winning the Digital Impact category for their project ‘Single View of the Child: Transforming Safeguarding Through Data Sharing”
The Royal Borough of Greenwich winning the Health and Social Care category with their ‘Digital Health and Care Technology Service’.
Wigan Council – winning the Public/Private Partnership category for their project ‘All Child Wigan: Collective impact for children, young people and communities’.
Swindon Borough Council’s Ruth King also won the ‘Outstanding Individual Contribution Award’, and Rob Allen from the Royal Borough of Greenwich won the ‘Rising Star’ Award.
Greater Manchester Combined Authority – Bronze award in the Campaign of the Year category for their “#IsThisOk?’ project.
Swindon Council – Silver Award in the Economic Support category for their ‘Swindon’s Strategic Reindustrialisation: Forging a National Defence Tech Cluster’ project.
Peterborough City Council – Bronze award in the Environmental Services category for their ‘School Uniform Re-Use Project’.
Hull City Council – Silver Award in the Health & Social Care Category for their project ‘All With Us, a housing-led approach to care and community’.
