This webinar is ideal for senior leaders, Heads of Service, operational managers, and anyone involved in children’s services transformation.

Join us for an insightful webinar featuring Sharon Cooper (Director of Children’s Services, Warrington) and Sara Taylor (Principal Social Worker & Head of Service, Lewisham) as they share their real-world experiences as Pathfinders in the Families First for Children (FFC) Programme.

From both a strategic leadership and operational delivery perspective, Sharon and Sara will discuss how Warrington and Lewisham has approached implementing the reforms, what’s working, what’s been challenging, and what they’ve learned along the way. Their reflections will offer valuable guidance for local authorities on this journey.

Mutual Ventures, the DfE’s Delivery Partner for this programme, will also contribute, drawing on their experience supporting local authorities nationally with co-design and reform implementation.
