This Council report from Archie Graham, Deputy Leader of the Council, outlines proposals to support the delivery of:

• Developing Glasgow as a Co-operative City and;
• Promoting and supporting co-operative, mutual and social enterprise business models in the city through the creation of a Co-operative Development Unit.
