Help us define our Strategy & Action Plan for the next 3 years

We last reviewed our Strategy in 2018.  Since then the CCIN has grown to almost 100 councils and organisations and we have probably become the fastest growing network in local government.

Previously, Network Members have met to plan out the Strategic Action Plan which sets out our direction of travel, what themes/projects we would focus on and who will support delivery of those themes and projects.  Unfortunately because of Covid we’re unable to meet together this year.   So we’ve worked with the Co-operative College to develop a Survey for you to share your thoughts.

It should take no more than ten minutes to complete.  Deadline midnight 21 February.

We’d like to hear your views to help us articulate our Vision, Mission and Action Plan so that we are clear on our priorities for the next three years.
