About the event

As announced in the MayNewsletter we’ve organised a Zoom Call for officers from Member Council’s to share some of the indicators you’re using to assess the impact of Covid-19 on service delivery. By doing so we’re hoping to better understand the impact on our communities and share the findings.  Some of the indicators being measured include:

  • Universal Credit claimants
  • Food bank users
  • Council tax arrears
  • Domestic abuse incidents
  • Volunteer support
  • Response to Grant Applications
