The Co-operative College and Co-operative Heritage Trust have been working with colleagues in Rochdale Development Agency and alongside other local stakeholders to help to secure for Rochdale the coveted status of ‘Heritage Action Zone’ awarded by Historic England. This award will enable wonderful co-operative transformations to occur in Rochdale. The focus of the College and CHT will be to develop co-operative heritage projects with a number of schools and young people in the Borough.
