The Public Service Transformation Agency (PSTA) is an Associate Member of our Network.  They are bringing together ‘thought leaders’ to help shape a new PSTA report ‘Public Service: State of Transformation’.

The report will be published in May 2018 and they are seeking help in identifying the key themes and contributors for this report at the launch workshop on 28 November 2017.

We can’t afford to have the same conversations about transformation in five years’ time as now. And neither can the communities and citizens we serve. There is a tremendous need to go beyond admiring the problems and pitfalls presented by ‘data’, ‘procurement’, ‘risk’ and ‘collaboration’. The mission of our report is to move the conversation forward by making sense of what works in public service transformation from a practitioner’s point of view.
