The Public Service Transformation Academy (PSTA) are Affiliate Members of the CCIN.

On 24th May they are holding their first ever conference to share what works (and what doesn’t) in achieving better outcomes for citizens from public services, bringing together over 200 thought leaders and practitioners from national and local government, health, social enterprises, charities and the private sector.
