About the event

The next CCIN Officer Group meeting is being held on Wednesday the 27th of January at Westminster City Council.

The event is a fantastic opportunity to discuss with other CCIN members the main impacts and opportunities arising from the Government’s policy direction and subsequent legislation.

The discussion will be broken down into three sub-themes: Co-operative Place, Co-operative People and Co-operative Public Services.

We are inviting an exciting range of speakers to compliment and facilitate the discussions, including Simon Parker (NLGN), Henry Kippin and Anna Randle (Collaborate), as well as representatives from the LGIU.

We want to give you the opportunity to explore and discuss opportunities for co-operative responses to the challenges and opportunities arising from the Government’s legislative programme, including:

  • How do we build co-operative resilience in our communities?
  • How do we create co-operative places and build strong self-empowered communities?
  • How can we develop co-operative public services that help local government continue to deliver the range and quality of public services that residents have come to expect?
