The CCIN commissioned the Ideas Alliance, one of our Affiliate Members, to support the Network to review its work so far and develop a collaborative forward-facing strategy for the future. To do this, the Ideas Alliance:
- Undertook a series of 1 to 1 calls with members from across the Membership in August and September 2023
- Held a ‘Look Back, Move Forward’ online workshop for the Chairs and Vice Chairs of the Governance on 13 October 2023
- Survey of members via MailChimp from 12 – 23 October 2023
- In-person ‘dreaming’ workshop in Birmingham on 17 October 2023 for all Governance and some representatives of the Office Group
- Two workshops at Annual conference in Sunderland on 2 November 2023
We have arranged a session for all Governance members on 24 January to discuss next steps.
